Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. Please read all product descriptions and notes carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges, without exception.
If you receive a product that is deemed defective, it may be eligible for replacement if reported within 3 days of delivery. For any missing items from an order, ScentWorthy will promptly address the issue by resending the item with priority. But, missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Due to this process and the use of certain ingredients, minor variations in color, scent, and/or texture may occur.
If a product is out of stock, it will either be refunded or you will be contacted via the information provided during your order, to be replaced with a similar item of your choice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For packages returned to ScentWorthy as undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are at ScentWorthy's discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis if an item does not meet the mutual satisfaction of the customer and ScentWorthy. Approved refunds will be processed with credit applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe. Please allow additional time for funds to be available, as processing may vary by bank and credit card provider.
