Shipping & Store Pickup

SHIPPING

At ScentWorthy, we are committed to providing affordable shipping for our customers. All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipments under 8 lbs. Orders will be processed and shipped promptly, with tracking details provided upon dispatch.

For orders exceeding 8 lbs., shipping costs will be calculated based on USPS or UPS rates, which consider both the weight and shipping destination. If your order exceeds this weight limit, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the updated shipping rate, securing the most economical rate available. If you choose to proceed, the additional shipping cost must be paid via a payment link before we can process and ship your order.

We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. If this happens, please file a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. ScentWorthy will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.

 

STORE PICKUP

We’re pleased to offer convenient in-store pickup for our customers. Orders can be picked up at ScentWorthy during the following times:

Tuesday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Please plan to pick up your order within 14 days. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be refunded, minus a $5.99 restocking fee. If you are unable to pick up your order within the 14-day period, please contact ScentWorthy to arrange alternative pick-up accommodations. When picking up, customers must present proof of purchase, either via the confirmation email or a valid driver’s license.
